I don’t know why, but a sudden spark of inspiration made my think that Jackie and Agness act like Panty and Stocking for some reason.
ART AND OC THEFT PSA!!!
I have just been informed that my FNAF OCs, Priscilla the Poodle and Lewis the Lion, has been taken AND renamed by a fellow fan. And I am extremely displeased. Not only did they rename the diner dolls, but stole my art (claiming it as their own!), claimed there backstory as their own, and over all said that they have made these characters. Which I do not find okay at all!
Now don’t get me wrong, you can RP my OCs if you wish. Just please ask for my permission first! That goes for art also. That means giving me credit too! I do also welcome fan art at all costs (and a heart-filled thank you to that!) But when you rename my character, take the backstory, cut off my name from my art, AND claim everything as your own is NOT cool at all. And it is extremely insulting.
Theft hurts an independent artist deeply, like it does to anyone else who look to enhance their skills and guidance. It makes them seem like they are not good enough even for the stuff they create. And I understand that art is difficult, no matter how much of the skill. But that does NOT mean it is okay to claim another artist’s work as your own.
Thanks to a fellow FNAF fan, jeanmarco-pie, I have found this person’s instagram along with a tumblr page. I will be trying to contact this person the best I can, but I also wish for your help (just in case they do not listen.) Just try to tell them to please stop with the art and character theft, or make them contact me so I can talk to them personally. I would really appreciate your help. Again, I understand that art and character creating is difficult, but if you ever need help with idea, I am glad to help! My ask box is always open for your questions of any kind!
